I purchased Zombies, Run! (opens in iTunes) yesterday and gave it a go, and man does it work. You do not even think about running/jogging or even walking. Here is the info from SixoStart:

So the creators of the trojan Flashback are rewriting their code to keep up with the changes that Apple and Oracle are pushing out.I found a great website that the advanced user can use to help see if they are infected. I found this link thanks to MacRumors, they are a great resource that is reliable. This is from the Anti-Virus company F-Secure click here for instructions to see if you are infected. Apple has updated Java through software update
but Apple as we all know is tight lipped about everything. When you click on the Java update you can select the Kbase article that relates (two for the Java update) 1st is details about the update , 2nd is for security info. (links are respective) I will give you run down,

Apple states:
“For the protection of our customers, Apple does not disclose, discuss or confirm security issues until a full investigation has occurred and any necessary patches or releases are available. To learn more about Apple Product Security, see the Apple Product Security website.”

We can assume that this is the pushed update from Apple because they like to handle all system related updates.
