First heard on Apple Insider an unconfirmed report Apple might be in the market to purchase a television set maker Loewe.
This would be one of my wish list items answered by Apple. I believe/see the future of an integrated AppleTV into a television set. This would open up Networks to produce their own apps to deliver content the way “they” want. Of course the cable/dish companies would hate this, but I would finally get to order “a la carte”, could you image no more channels you do not want? If all you want is HBO and Discovery, then simply order those two channels.
Man, this would be my dream come true. Please Apple make the TV/Movie industry see the errors of their ways….
